GUEST BOOK

I took a course with Dr. Crouch my second year at Georgia Southern. I turned in a paper and received a B+, which I thought was pretty good. Later he called me into his office, looked at the paper and said 'you can do better than this.' It was the first time a teacher had ever pushed me to excel. To this day, over ten years later, I credit Dr. Crouch with my academic success. The man could tell a great story. His passion was infectious. I'm embarrassed to say that I am just now hearing about his passing. He was the best teacher I ever had; and a very nice guy.

- James Slater Simmons, III, Brooklyn, NY

Stephanie and Carolineand Stephen, Kerri Sellman let me know about Charlie's passing a while back. I just ran across Caroline on Facebook. Just wanted to let you know how sorry I am, and let you know what a great memory I have of getting to teach Caroline violin my first year of teaching. Fifteen years later, it's still families like yours that make me excited to start my teaching day!
